Very nice surprise when i got the jeans cause when you see it in the picture it appears to be a regular boot cut jean bnut it actually has more details when you have in your hand and fit pretty cool.

Awesome jeans they may wear out over time like any other clothes but it all depends on how you wash them or in how you wear them. They have the perfect spots for a cell phone on the middle right leg along with a pack of 5 Gum. On the left middle leg you also have that 5 Gum option as the pack is just the right size to cram in the pocket. The other pockets are big enough to hold standard items. The rear may wear out quickly where the pockets meet on the middle of the pants, I think it is due to the thickness there but a patch can fix all that quickly. Have only had this happen over about 9 to 12 months (one pair) and when the pocket got snaged on a chair with slits in it for the seat. Overall they are the only type of Jeans I wear or recommend. The space for the croch is just right most days and when sitting in a chair for a while not terrbile pinching like with some other styles.

Great pants...but sizes are way off!, December 3, 2009

These pants are great, although made by Levi's they are nothing like Jeans. The look has something from a seventies design crossed with mod, if that's possible. And they are black as the night.

The only beef I have are the sizes. One would imagine that an inch is an inch. Other Levi's in size 32 or 33 fit just right but these were so tight I had to return them. Which wouldn't be big of a deal. What is a big of a deal is when I got my 34x34 and they fit just right and went on to order a pair of 34x34 in brown (chocolate) which are just as tight as the 33x34. I can't really wear them at all.

I wonder how two pants of the same size can differ so much from each other? They are a bit long, too, which looked funny and they got caught under the heels of my shoes sometimes. I hemmed them with fabric glue.

Other than that I love 'em and would recommend them to anybody who is tired of jeans jeans jeans as they are cool for going out AND dressing up.

I've worn 527 for about 5 years and I was heartbroken when EMS had to rip through my oldest pair when I dislocated my knee. Thankfully, Amazon has the same great color (Indie Blue) in my hard to find size (33-32)!

The pants are true to Levi's fit. They look even better with age, so wear them out and wash them to get you're own unique look. These pants fit me will; Tastefully low on the waist, and just baggy enough that it can be worn with just about anything. I mix mine up with classic shoes like Converse, Tigers or Vans. They fall on the shoe just right and as the heel gets torn-up, will start to take on a rocker look.

Try them out. For the price, they really can't be beat.

These are by far the best and most versatile pair of Levi's Jeans. Just loose enough without being baggy, extremely comfortable and they look great with a T, Polo or dress shirt. A great follow up to the 550s of the 90's. All around great jeans.

Very good quality and cut: straight, not baggy in thigh and not too much slim. The denim weight is about 11,5 or 12 oz. the "voltage" indigo (code 045140052) is a little bit darker then in the photo. Choose true waist and leg. With Amazon and FedEx, shipping was punctual, precise and accurate. Five stars indeed.

These jeans come washed so they are soft, supple and ready to wear. They are pre-shrunk so order the size you wear. I choose boot-cut jeans because I wear 12"-shaft western boots. Levies are the only jeans I wear because they fit well, look good, and get better with age.

I seriously don't know what they put in these, but I've had these for years crawling around in ducts, on my knees on concrete floors, and doing auto/carpentry work and STILL haven't worn through the knees. They don't seem to stain as easily either. The "Durashield" actually lives up to its name and the jeans still look virtually new. I have the indigo color and they have faded to a regular blue over the years, but no fraying anywhere. My clip knife lives in the front right pocket and the leather patch is quite useful, all my other jeans have developed a frayed pocket there, not these.

They're Levi's, so they're well made and they make your butt look good. They are pretty high waisted, but there are people who know that super low cut jeans look bad on 99% of the population. I don't know how they look on men, but I know a lot of women who love this style for thir boy-jeans look.

I OWN SEVERAL PAIR OF IZODS AND WEAR THEM FOR DRESS DOWN DAYS AT WORK AND TO CASUAL EVENTS AND I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT WEARS LEVIS. IT MAY JUST BE ME, BUT IN THE PAST FEW YEARS LEVI JEANS ONLY LAST A COUPLE OF YEARS OR EVEN LESS.
