Dress is really cute for the price not something you would wear to a really nice event but going out or just the weekend sure. The belt was made of a fuzzy white material not cute at all and SUPER long. You will have to get your own for sure. It also covers the bottom button and ruffles becuase it is set pretty high up. Watch the size you order also. I normally wear between a 10-12 I am about a 36 C-D as well. It fit perfect on the top but I the bottom will have to be altered in. I ordered the 1X and couldn't have been smaller on the top but to big elsewhere.

I just bought this dress on amazon.com and I love it. The material is comfortable and it looks just like the picture. I don't have much else to say other than I love it! :) The black part of the dress hugs your body while the blue is relaxed and flattering. My only precaution would be: watch out if it's windy. This material is nice, but it won't cling to your body! ;)

I bought this at the last minute so my daughter could participate in a friend's wedding.

Although, I do not like their shipping method, USPS, I LOVED the dress -- so much I bought one too. The guests at the wedding could not believe we only paid $50.00 for the dresses. They are well made, they run ONE size larger in the bust area.

The dress I was originally supposed to wear in the wedding, was by Calvin Klein and it cost $200. This dress was lined and had a better quality that my $200 dress!

Got this dress for my daughter's prom, loved the color, didn't have any trouble with the fit, she thought it was beautiful. However the dress came with major wrinkles that needed professional pressing and then after she sat in the dress for a 5 min car ride, the back was all wrinkled again, and looked as if until it went again to be pressed the wrinkles would stay.I would not get a dress like this again, even though we loved everything else about it. We are not terribly fussy and normally don't even notice a wrinkle. But these are major, that everyone would notice. The dry cleaners, weren't even sure when I first took it there if they could get them out! I guess if you never had to sit down the dress would be wonderful.

I was happily surprised with my dress! It is lovely and is a great bargain. The bust does run quite large, so plan to have alterations done on the top. It is a flattering dress on women who are size 12 and up especially. The medallian in the center of the dress is a pin, so it can be removed if you don't like it. I'm using my dress for a bridesmaid dress. I highly recommend this dress!

Since arrival I've been trying to get a return/refund address. I bought a tall (and I am 6' tall & thin.) But even buying a large size so it would hang down a lower but it still looks like a miniskirt with an odd front crinkle that doesn't lay down, it flpos foward. For women @ 5'4" it would be tall but only below the knee. For women who are tall you'll look like a stork; all legs with a puffed-out bunch of crinkle that flops aroung; it would look more accurate if pictured w/ a woman wearing if & at the price of incredibly thin material, I think they could used a model.
